Role: Assistant Vice President – HR Technology & Transformation Lead Experience: 14+ years Work Mode : WFO 5 Days Shift Type: UK Overview: We are looking for a tech-major, HR-minor professional to lead digital HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate comes from an HR Technology background (Analyst to AVP level) — not traditional HR operations or HR Executive tracks — and is skilled in driving automation, digitalization, and platform innovation across global HR systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the HR technology strategy for HRO and DO operations, collaborating with HR, business, and IT stakeholders. Define and execute the future roadmap for HR operations, focusing on digital transformation and platform enhancement. Drive solution design and delivery across Workday(only) and other HR systems. Evaluate and implement automation and agentic AI solutions to improve employee and HR experience. Integrate emerging technologies (e.G., Generative AI, automation frameworks) into enterprise HR strategy. Provide global leadership for HR Tech initiatives, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Manage and mentor a small team of HR tech professionals. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven leadership in HR technology, automation, and transformation projects. Hands-on experience in Workday (HCM) and ServiceNow . Strong understanding of HR processes, analytics, and digital HR ecosystems. Ability to collaborate in a global, matrixed, and cross-functional environment.
