The ideal candidate comes from an HR Technology background (Analyst to AVP level) — not traditional HR operations or HR Executive tracks — and is skilled in driving automation, digitalization, and platform innovation across global HR systems.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the HR technology strategy for HRO and DO operations, collaborating with HR, business, and IT stakeholders.- Define and execute the future roadmap for HR operations, focusing on digital transformation and platform enhancement.- Drive solution design and delivery across Workday(only) and other HR systems.- Evaluate and implement automation and agentic AI solutions to improve employee and HR experience.- Integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, automation frameworks) into enterprise HR strategy.- Provide global leadership for HR Tech initiatives, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.- Manage and mentor a small team of HR tech professionals.-Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.- Proven leadership in HR technology, automation, and transformation projects.- Hands-on experience in Workday (HCM) and ServiceNow.- Strong understanding of HR processes, analytics, and digital HR ecosystems.- Ability to collaborate in a global, matrixed, and cross-functional environment.
