Job Title: Sales Executive Industry: Events and Exhibitions Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue target Identify and approach potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners to participate in event Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trend Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential client Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sponsorship packages in alignment with company policies Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and meetings to expand business opportunities Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and revenue report Provide regular sales performance updates to management Requirement Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field . 2-5 years of sales experience in events or exhibitions Strong understanding of the exhibitions and trade show industry in Dubai and the Middle East region Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Send CVs to parth@hirerightt.ca
