Regional People Operations Partner

Job Description Your role at Dynatrace We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional People OperationsPartner based in Bengalaru, India. This is an individual contributor role providing local HR support for employees and leaders across India. In this role, you will manage HR operations throughout the employee lifecyle from onboarding to offboarding while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive employee experience. As a trusted local partner, you will help implement consistent HR best practices and contribute to a culture of engagement and inclusion.
