The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing impactful social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage content end-to-end. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute B2B-focused social media strategies with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn + Meta campaigns. - Create engaging, professional, and thought-leadership-driven content tailored to different client industries. - Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaign objectives and business goals. - Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, present ideas, and drive measurable outcomes. - Design visually appealing posts and creatives using Canva or other design tools (basic design skills required). - Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimizations. - Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, algorithms, and emerging B2B social media practices. - Work closely with internal teams to align social strategy with overall marketing and business objectives. Requirements - Proven experience in B2B social media management, specifically with LinkedIn campaigns. - Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions. - Ability to conceptualize and drive engaging content strategies. - Basic design proficiency in Canva (video and graphic content creation). - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics. - Creative thinker with attention to detail and storytelling ability. - Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously. - Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience with LinkedIn Ads or paid B2B campaigns. - Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or HubSpot. - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
