We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to grow and manage Aria Holding's presence across multiple social platforms. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance to optimize reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and curate content for social platforms, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, content, and creative teams to integrate social media efforts into broader campaigns.
- Manage multiple social media channels to ensure consistent brand messaging and community engagement.
- Skilled in creating and curating content for social media (posts, images, videos, stories).
- Strong ability to develop and execute strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and community management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns effectively while maintaining brand consistency.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management.
- Proficient in social media platforms, management tools, and analytics.
- This position is based in Pune, India.
