Job Description Hiring: Accountant Executive Location: Pune (Onsite) Experience: 26 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally/Excel, and hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts - Prepare and process vendor invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries - Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and intercompany transactions - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory requirements - Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports - Coordinate with internal teams for billing, payroll, and expense management - Support audit preparation and liaise with auditors for timely completion - Maintain accounting documentation and ensure accuracy in all reports - Assist management in preparing budgets and financial projections - Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on outstanding payments Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master's preferred) - 26 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit - Proficient in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / MS Excel - Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in corporate accounting, IT staffing, or service-based industries - Knowledge of MIS reporting and financial analysis
