Job Description Thenpandiyan Group is a growing, multi-sector organization focused on innovation, customer trust, and brand excellence. We are expanding our creative and marketing team to strengthen our brand presence across physical and digital platforms. Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and organized professional to manage our brand communication, event designs, social media presence, and corporate gifting activities. Key Responsibilities: - Design creatives, brand elements, and promotional materials. - Create stall and event designs, and marketing presentations. - Plan, design, and procure corporate gifts for vendors, clients, VIPs, and VVIPs. - Manage social media marketing campaigns and ensure proper lead flow. - Develop brand identities for new brands under the group. - Coordinate with vendors for timely dispatch of gifts and marketing materials. Required Skills & Competencies: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva/CorelDraw. - Strong understanding of brand design, visual communication, and digital marketing. - Experience in social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). - Excellent coordination and communication skills. - Creativity, punctuality, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or Communication. - 37 years of experience in brand design or marketing. - Exposure to vendor coordination and event branding. - Compensation: 5L 7.5L p.a.
