Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Professor in Project Management to teach and mentor students in various project management subjects. - Develop and update course material, lectures, and case studies based on the latest trends and industry requirements.
- Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students in the Project Management program.
- Encourage research and professional development in the field of Project Management.
- Engage in academic and administrative responsibilities including assessments, grading, and student feedback.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
- Stay up to date with advancements in the field of Project Management and continuously improve teaching methods and techniques.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. in a relevant area is a plus.
- Relevant industry certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, Agile, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in Project Management or related subjects in an academic institution.
- Strong practical experience in Project Management in fields such as IT, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Proficient in using Project Management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Advanced Excel) and related technologies.
