20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or similar role Minimum 5 Years of experience as Lead Role Proven experience in quality management systems QMS within the construction industry Strong understanding of relevant quality standards and codes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams Proficiency in inspection techniques and data analysis Leadership skills to manage a team of quality inspectors Ability to work independently Certification in ISO 9001 2015 NDT Level -
