Job Description Description: The Senior software engineer position is responsible for the below: Design, develop and maintain Workday integrations Create and enhance custom reports (advanced, Matrix, Composite),calculated fields, Studio integrations in Workday Support Workday modules such as HCM, TA, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, leave management etc Partner with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and translate them into scalable workday solutions Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for Workday integrations and reports Participate in Workday Implementation projects (design, testing, deployment and post go-live support) Ensure data integrity and security by configuring and maintaining Workday security groups, roles and domain permissions Workday Report Writing, custom reports, calculated fields, Custom Objects. Familiarity with BIRT reporting Knowledge of Implementation Tenant, Sandbox Tenant, Production Tenant Strong understanding of Workday Data model and business process framework Workday Integration tools: Workday Studio, EIB's, Core Connector, Cloud Connect and workday web services, document transformations Proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON and REST/SOAP API's Knowledge of Jira and Bit bucket Strong consulting skills, handling customer expectations Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools Excellent communication skills delivering to functional and management audience Knowledge of HRIS, Program Management tools and MS Office Primary Skill SetIntegration Development Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Core Connectors. Ability to build and maintain integrations using SOAP/REST APIs, XSLT, and XML. Technical Configuration & Reporting Proficiency in creating Calculated Fields, Custom Reports, and configuring Business Processes. Strong understanding of Workday security, data sources, and object model.
