POSITION SUMMARY (Key tasks and outcomes):

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Writer with fintech experience to lead the development of technical and customer-facing documentation across our product suite. You will translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for developers, partners, and end users.. Job Description:

Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including:

API and developer guides

Product user manuals

Integration instructions

Compliance and regulatory guides

Internal process documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, risk, legal) to gather accurate information.

Lead documentation for new feature releases and fintech product rollouts.

Translate complex financial workflows (e.g., payments, KYC, lending, investment products) into user-centric content.

Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting across all documentation.

Work with design and UX teams to develop interactive or visual documentation when applicable.

Review content for compliance with financial regulations and data security best practices.

Contribute to and improve documentation tools, content architecture, and publishing processes.

Mentor junior writers or external contributors as needed.

Experience (Years and types):

5 years plus experience into technical writing.

Skills and Abilities and Other Characteristics:

Enthusiastic team player who enjoys both strategic and hands on work

Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions to complex product issues

Strong interpersonal, communication, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees
