Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Meta Ads Specialist. The role involves managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns to drive measurable results. Responsibilities include creating and implementing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, generating reports, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals. The Meta Ads Specialist will also manage budgets effectively, identify growth opportunities, and stay updated on platform changes and trends. Qualifications - Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, campaign creation, optimization, and targeting techniques - Strong skills in performance analysis, A/B testing, and interpreting data to improve campaign ROI - Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, growth marketing strategies, and budget management - Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously - Experience with e-commerce advertising or retail-focused Meta campaigns is a plus - Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
