Job Description Job Role: SEO Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads) Location:Mangalore, India Company:Metasoft IT Solutions TheSEO Specialistis responsible for improving the company's and clients online visibility, driving website traffic, and managing paid advertisement campaigns. This role involves handlingSEO,Google Ads, andMeta Ads, ensuring strong digital performance and measurable results. Main Job Responsibilities (Normal Company Standards)1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking on Google. - Performkeyword research,competitor analysis, andSEO audits. - Carry outon-page optimization(meta tags, content structure, internal linking). - Executeoff-page SEOsuch as backlink building and directory submissions. - Monitor SEO performance and optimize for continuous improvement. 2. Google Ads & Meta Ads Management - Plan, create, and optimizeGoogle Adscampaigns (Search, Display, YouTube). - ManageMeta Ads(Facebook & Instagram Ads) including targeting and retargeting. - Continuously monitor campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead. 3. Reporting & Analysis - Track KPIs such as traffic, ranking, leads, conversions, and CPC. - Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations. - Present performance updates during internal and client meetings. 4. Communication & Coordination - Attend client meetings and clearly explain campaign performance. - Coordinate with the content, design, and development teams when required. - Maintain documentation of activities and progress. Candidate Requirements - 12 years of experiencein SEO and ads management (industry standard). - Strong understanding ofSEO tools(Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs). - Hands-on experience withGoogle Ads ManagerandMeta Ads Manager. - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. - Immediate joiners preferred.
