Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and EV operations in India. This role will be pivotal in driving planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects aligned with Spiro's vision of sustainable mobility and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker, effective communicator, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end program planning, governance, and execution across multiple business verticals including manufacturing, R&D, operations, and technology. - Define program scope, deliverables, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. - Drive cross-functional coordination between internal teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders. - Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives within scope, budget, and quality standards. - Implement and improve project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) to enhance efficiency and accountability. - Develop dashboards, progress reports, and executive summaries for leadership reviews. - Support expansion programs, new product rollouts, and manufacturing setup initiatives across regions. - Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and operational excellence. Key Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. - 610 years of experience in program or project management within manufacturing, EV, automotive, or technology industries. - Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional programs. - Strong understanding of program governance, supply chain operations, and manufacturing workflows. - Proficiency in program management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or Asana. - Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural, and global work environment.
