Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). - Proven track record of 4 8 years in business development, sales, or a related role. - Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and client relationship management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute growth initiatives. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
