Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
● 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business
Analytics, or a similar function.
● Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and experience with
BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
● Excellent communication and project management skills.
● Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment is preferred.
Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and commercially focused individual to join our team in the Revenue
Operations role. This position will play a critical role in accelerating growth by shaping go-to-
market strategies, analyzing client segments, and uncovering new revenue opportunities.
Working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, the role
demands a sharp focus on maximizing pipeline efficiency, improving conversion, and driving
measurable impact on top-line growth. The ideal candidate thrives on data-driven insights,
builds scalable processes, and enables the organization to outperform in competitive markets.

A fast-growing and VC-funded product fintech is rapidly growing its organization to capture growth. The company offers AI and Blockchain-based integrated solutions to Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, and Mutual Funds to expedite their digital transformation journey. The company offers digital customer onboarding solutions that have found wide acceptance among BFSI customers. It is soon going to launch an integrated solution to digitize back-office operations for BFSI clients. The company is on an expansion spree both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
● Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to design and execute
go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue growth and market share.
● Lead market and client-set analysis to identify high-potential segments, assess
competitive positioning, and shape targeted growth strategies.
● Own revenue analytics by building and managing dashboards and KPIs that track
pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales
performance.
● Drive strategic sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline data, client behavior, market
trends, and historical performance to inform revenue planning and business decisions.
● Champion CRM discipline and optimize adoption of tools like HubSpot to strengthen
pipeline visibility, sales efficiency, and data integrity.
● Identify and lead initiatives for process automation and workflow optimization that
directly improve sales velocity and go-to-market execution.
● Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for QBRs and leadership reviews to
influence growth priorities, competitive strategy, and cross-functional alignment.
