Role Description
We are looking for a full-time B2B Tele Calling Intern to join our team on-site at our Bengaluru location. The intern will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining the benefits of our products, and setting up appointments for sales representatives. Regular Emails & Retention communication to be maintained.
INTERNSHIP IS FOR 5 MONTHS and will Assess full time position after 5 months, it is a paid internship of 15K / month.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales is a plus
