Job Title: Business Analyst – Insurance Domain (Forms Management) Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Duration: 6Months Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Commercial Insurance forms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of form wording, structure, and compliance, and will act as a bridge between the business and development teams. This role involves guiding developers on form changes, configurations, and updates while ensuring alignment with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert on Commercial Insurance forms and policy documents. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for form updates, schedule changes, and configurations. - Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of form changes. - Support testing, validation, and release of updated forms. - Ensure all changes comply with business rules and regulatory standards. Required Skills & Experience: - 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain, preferably Commercial Insurance. - Strong understanding of forms management, wording, and regulatory compliance. - Experience working with business operations teams and IT/development teams. - Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills. - Familiarity with policy administration systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, etc.) is an advantage.
