naturally inclusive in how you work with others Required Technical and Professional Experience 5 Years of experience in ServiceNow development Experience with creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables business rules client scripts UI actions UI policies script includes workflows etc Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable A solid experience in ITOM HR Core ServiceNow capabilities such as Service Catalog Knowledge Management Service Level Management and CMDB CSDM Experience in working with AI Agent Client Collector Experience in API integrations with other systems Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities Capability to work both independently and collaboratively Experience in configuring ServiceNow AIOps ITOM certifications CIS -
