The role based in Pune is responsible for HR leadership across Manufacturing Supply chain R D operations of a large manufacturing company with large scale presence across multiple sites states Define and execute the integrated HR strategy for Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain domains Establish a framework to develop skills and capabilities considering current and future business needs Partner with the Leadership team to identify niche skill requirements and close capability gaps Integration and standardisation of IR systems and processes across all the Manufacturing set-ups in multiple States Develop and manage robust Industrial Relations IR frameworks across manufacturing locations Oversee HR systems payroll compliance and employee life-cycle management with a focus on digitization and efficiency Monitor HR metrics and use data to inform decisions and strategies Lead change management programs during organizational transitions Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation Working with a large industry leading organisationleadership high impact role A successful HR Head should have A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field Proven expertise in HR management within the industrial or manufacturing sector Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in the industry Excellent leadership and decision-making skills Ability to handle complex employee relations issues effectively A strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives The hiring company is a large listed organisation known for its strong presence and innovation in the industrial and manufacturing sector It operates in a highly professional environment with a focus on excellence and efficiency An opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the industry A professional and supportive work environment
