About Lamppost Digital Lamppost Digital is a new-age digital marketing technology and automation agency based in Trichy We work with startups small businesses and growing brands to help them build visibility streamline operations and grow through digital We are looking for a Client Success Specialist who will be the bridge between our clients internal team and vendors - ensuring smooth communication timely delivery and happy clients Role Overview This role is ideal for someone who loves communication coordination and organisation You will handle day-to-day client communication basic admin and vendor coordination and support the team in ensuring that client requirements are met on time Over 2-3 years this role is designed to grow into a Key Accounts Client Relationship Manager position Key Responsibilities Client Communication Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for clients for routine communication Collect client requirements clarify doubts and share them clearly with the internal team Follow up with clients for approvals feedback content and pending information Maintain a professional warm and clear communication tone in all emails messages and calls Project Internal Coordination Coordinate with the design digital marketing and tech teams to ensure client tasks are executed as per plan Track the status of ongoing tasks and update clients on progress wherever required Help schedule review calls meetings and share minutes of meetings MoMs with action points Invoice Vendor Management Coordinate with accounts admin for raising invoices and share them with clients on time Follow up for payments politely and professionally as per the company process Coordinate with external vendors printers freelancers etc for quotes approvals timelines and deliveries Admin Documentation Maintain basic documentation related to clients invoices and project status Help with internal admin tasks related to client operations and office coordination Keep records updated in internal trackers tools as guided by the management Who Can Apply Female Candidates Only We welcome Freshers Career re-starters those who are restarting after a break Candidates from any degree diploma background If you are someone who wants to grow in client-facing and coordination roles in a digital agency this role is for you Must-Have Skills Requirements Basic graduation diploma any stream Strong communication skills in English and Tamil spoken and written Good email writing skills and clarity in written communication Comfortable handling multiple clients and tasks in a structured way Basic understanding of MS Office Google Sheets Google Docs Willingness to learn about digital marketing and agency workflows Professional attitude reliability and ownership mindset Work Timings Structure Working Days Monday to Friday - Regular working days Alternate Saturdays - Working days may include reviews planning training sessions Office Timings 9 00 a m to 5 30 p m Work Mode On-site at Lamppost Digital Trichy Probation Tenure Growth Probation Period 1 month mandatory Upon successful completion of probation the candidate will be confirmed as a full-time employee We are looking for someone who can commit for at least 2-3 years with opportunities for Year-on-year performance-based appraisals Growth towards Client Relationship Manager Key Accounts Manager roles over time What You ll Gain Hands-on exposure to working with multiple brands and projects Deep understanding of how a digital agency operates Training and guidance from leadership in communication client handling and process management A supportive environment for women and career re-starters who want to rebuild or grow their careers How to Apply Send us Your resume A short note on why you d like to work in a client success role Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Tiruchchirappalli Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
