About the Role:-
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing budgets, tracking performance, and delivering measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Plan and execute AdWords, Yahoo, and YouTube TrueView campaigns.Optimize performance through platform-specific strategies.
- Facebook Integration and Management: Manage and optimize Facebook campaigns in alignment with overall strategy. Integrate insights for cross-platform synergy.
- Web Analytics and Insights: Analyze web analytics reports for actionable insights.Translate data into optimization strategies.
- Campaign Management and Optimization: Proactively manage campaigns for maximum ROI.Continuously optimize based on performance metrics.
- Client Servicing and Collaboration: Provide exceptional client service and collaborate with internal and client teams.
- Excellence in Delivery: Strive for award-worthy work through innovation and creativity.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with digital planners and brand teams for integration.
- Comprehensive Reporting: Generate detailed reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Provide actionable insights for future strategies.
- Competition Tracking and Analysis: Monitor competitor activity for informed strategy refinement.
- Develop compelling media pitch decks as required to support campaign proposals and client presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 23 years of proven experience in managing paid media campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing KPIs.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
