Role Summary/Job Specifications:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our insurance process transactions and voice-based customer interactions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent Audit skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

- Education:Bachelor's degrees
- Experience:+3 years of experience in quality assurance in BFSI, Insurance . Experience in the insurance industry is desired.
- Experience in Voice and non voice process

. Quality Audits: Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to teams to improve performance and adherence to protocols.

. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer interactions are handled professionally, and that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.
