Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Process Management :
- Manage end-to-end sales for FMCG & QSR clients-from prospecting to deal closure.
- Oversee pipeline stages: initial contact, proposal submission, sample dispatch, feedback collection, confirmation, and first-order fulfillment.
2. Customer Support & Relationship Management :
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Proactively address issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
3. Review Generation & Brand Reputation :
- Encourage customers to share positive reviews on platforms like Google, Indiamart, and Justdial to boost credibility.
4. Order Follow-Up & Communication :
- Track orders via WhatsApp broadcast reminders and maintain clear communication until delivery.
5. Revenue Growth & Upselling :
- Drive month-on-month account growth by upselling new products/services aligned with client needs.
6. Client Engagement :
- Organize quarterly video calls between clients and the CEO to gather feedback and explore collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the HORECA/Frozen Food industry (QSR/FMCG background preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Fluent in English & Hindi; strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
