Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Life Insurance We are looking for an any graduate with good interpretation and problem-solving skills with respect to the accurate content of information and presentation of data and operational procedures. Responsibilities - Ability to understand and comprehend English language so that pre-process and process training can be effectively imparted - Ability to accurately interpret the information on the documents - Responsible for analyzing complex documents pertaining to Life insurance and assign them accurate document type - Candidate need to achieve daily production and accuracy targets - Manage end-to-end backend processing of life insurance policies, including issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements. - Ensure accurate and timely data entry into policy administration systems, maintaining compliance with regulatory and client-specific guidelines. - Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to resolve policy discrepancies and ensure seamless lifecycle management. - Perform quality checks and audits to uphold data integrity and operational excellence Qualifications Minimum qualifications - Any graduate - Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills - Proven experience Preferred qualifications - Experience of Insurance domain - Good typing speed - Good excel knowledge Why join Genpact .
