
Sales Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales operations for South Asia markets, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
- Conduct regular distributor meetings to address gaps, provide training, and monitor sales performance.
- Develop and manage first-tier and second-tier distributors, ensuring market coverage and stable supply.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing technical and commercial support, product presentations, and handling contract negotiations.
- Drive sales with key accounts to strengthen brand presence and market share.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing campaigns; explore new business opportunities via market research.
- Respond swiftly to customer needs and resolve issues to maintain strong relationships.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on market trends to identify suitable fats for manufacturers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, or related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in specialty fats, cocoa powder, or related food ingredients.
- Track record of working closely with R&D teams to deliver customized product solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
