Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Surat. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, negotiating and closing sales, presenting products and services to potential clients, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to drive the company's growth. Qualifications - Business Development and Sales Experience - Strong relationship-building and client management skills - Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Strategic planning and goal-setting skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the dental or medical technology industry is a plus - Proven track record of achieving sales targets
