Lets talk about the teamYoull be part of a creative and collaborative marketing team that values attention to detail continuous feedback and iterative improvement Our culture encourages teamwork across time zones and fosters an environment where visual storytelling and precision are prioritized Lets talk about the roleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer with strong expertise in both print and digital design In this role you will transform creative concepts into production-ready assets that support a wide variety of marketing initiatives including campaigns sales enablement retail and eCommerce You will ensure all marketing collateral is updated finalized and consistent in quality across all formats Key Responsibilities Transform established creative concepts into production-ready print and digital assets supporting campaigns sales enablement retail and eCommerceCreate documents and products such as reports proposals newsletters using publishing software to format text data photographs charts and other visual elements ensuring cohesion on each pageReview page proofs for design accuracy and errors determining text sizes and fonts in final publicationsCollaborate closely with writers editors and artists to ensure content and design alignmentUpdate existing marketing collateral print and digital to reflect text and image changesPrepare final layouts and production art files for stakeholders and suppliers across print and digital formatsAssist with maintaining image libraries and graphic asset file storage systemsEmbrace an iterative design process being open and receptive to feedback throughoutMaintain meticulous attention to detail spotting and correcting errors and inconsistencies across all marketing materialsLets talk about youMinimum of 5 years experience in visual design for both print and digital mediaGood understanding of composition typography color theory and image editing retouchingAbility to create visually compelling compositions that clearly communicate marketing messagesKnowledge of print production processes and digital file management for commercial print preparationAbility to work independently and manage effectively across time zonesMastery of Adobe Creative Cloud applicationsFamiliarity with HTML5 CSS ActionScript Adobe XD Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plus but not mandatoryExperience working with Digital Asset Management DAM platforms Preferred Joining us is more than saying yes to making the world a healthier place Its discovering a career thats challenging supportive and inspiring Where a culture driven by excellence helps you not only meet your goals but also create new ones We focus on creating a diverse and inclusive culture encouraging individual expression in the workplace and thrive on the innovative ideas this generates If this sounds like the workplace for you apply now
