are proud of at a company you can believe in Qualifications 5 years of proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role preferably in eCommerce Background in user experience visual design or program management is preferred Design thinking mindset Experience working in Agile framework Organizational and leadership abilities Excellent communication skills Problem-solving skills Creative thinking skills Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Ability to effectively engage and motivate large groups by providing thought leadership Adaptable and proactively able to move with change while maintaining a positive attitude BS BA in Design Human Computer Interaction or related field MS desired Demonstrated project management experience Leading by example and embodying our values Technologies and Tools Required Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira Trello or Asana We use Jira Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot We use Salesforce Familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD We use Figma Knowledge of software development frameworks like React Angular or Vue js Understanding of data analysis Lead designers and coordinate cross-functional teams Produce and review design problem statements and user stories Ensure designs and releases are launched correctly and on schedule Make recommendations to expand design and vision Create quarterly design themes and goals Define KPIs to iteratively trend toward design goals Design and optimize search interfaces to improve user experience and search accuracy Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance search algorithms and functionalities Conduct user research and usability testing to refine search features Monitor and analyze search performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Design and implement the best search experience for customers shopping their local store or seeing whats available at a national level and meets ADA standards Define and implement a customer usability scoring for search
