Customer Relationship Manager - Communicate with Customers - Training of communication to Staff with customers - Maintain strong relations with customers - Address the queries of the customers - Resolve the queries of the customers - Maintain 100 satisfaction of the customers - Take reviews of customers for social media posting - Develop the strategies for maintaining customer satisfaction retention - Monitoring communication between Customers Sales Experts and build up with removing any gaps in that if required - Co ordinate with remote outlets and franchise outlets for customer engagement activities - Regularly visits outlets and trained them to build strong relationship with customers - Customer feedback suggestions and work on it Key Skills Fluency in English Approachable Problem solving Dedication towards work ability to handles customers problems Presentable Personality Team Leader Trainer Hospitality back ground done some course of airhostess Time 10 00AM to 8 00 PM A week off between Monday and Friday Saturday and Sunday will be a working day
