Senior IT Trainer - Data Analytics Automation Accounting ToolsJob SummaryThe Senior IT Trainer will be responsible for planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating IT training programs for students, professionals, and corporate trainees. You will be expected to deliver both theoretical and practical knowledge across a wide range of IT topics related to data analysis, automation, and accounting tools. This role requires a solid technical background, exceptional teaching abilities, and a learner-focused approach. You will also act as a mentor and guide, helping students build projects, prepare for certifications, and become job-ready for roles in data analytics, finance automation, and MIS reporting.Key Responsibilities1. Training Delivery Conduct classroom and online training sessions in: Data Analytics (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau) Automation Tools (RPA basics, Macros/VBA, Power Automate) Accounting Software (Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, MS Excel for accounting) Deliver training as per structured modules, ensuring clarity, pace, and high learner engagement. Customize training content based on learner profiles – students, professionals, or corporate clients. Provide real-life case studies, practical assignments, and live tools for hands-on learning. 2. Curriculum Design & Development Collaborate with the academic team to structure new training programs and update existing syllabi. Design detailed lesson plans, slides, project briefs, and assessments. Research and implement the latest tools and practices in analytics, reporting, and accounting automation. 3. Learner Support & Mentorship Offer one-on-one doubt clearing sessions and provide mentoring on projects and assignments. Prepare students for interviews and certification exams related to data analytics or finance tech. Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and performance reviews. 4. Assessment & Evaluation Design quizzes, assignments, and practical tests to evaluate learning outcomes. Ensure timely grading and feedback to students. Maintain records of attendance, performance, and participation. 5. Faculty Coordination & Team Leadership Guide junior trainers and provide training support or co-facilitation as required. Participate in internal faculty meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and peer reviews. Mentor newly recruited trainers in curriculum content and training methodology. 6. Corporate Training & Custom Workshops Design and deliver short-term workshops and customized programs for corporate clients (optional based on profile). Develop business-specific use cases for advanced Excel, automation, dashboards, and reporting.Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, Data Science, Finance, or related field.
