Job Description

As an expert on our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) team, you will be joining a truly global group of subject matter and language specialists from diverse disciplines. You will play a key role in shaping the next generation of AI by contributing to its training and refinement. We are seeking self-driven associates who can thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment. Responsibilities:

- Create training datasets for AI models to improve accuracy, fluency, coherence, and tone of voice.
- Annotate data to help align AI outputs with human values.
- Analyze and refine grammar, syntax, semantics, and sentence structure in both human-created and AI-generated content to ensure adherence to linguistic rules and conventions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and engineers, to refine and iterate data sets.
- Contribute to the development of evolving specifications and data recipes for AI model training.
- Adapt to dynamic environments with shifting guidelines and priorities.
- Consistently achieve target KPIs, including daily job counts and handle time, within defined data production windows.

What we're looking for:

- Native or advanced proficiency in one or more of the following languages:
- Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Farsi, Arabic, Bengali, Tamil, Urdu, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Hindi.
- Excellent writing skills in English.
- Strong command of grammar, syntax, semantics, and linguistic nuance.
- Ability to edit and enhance written content across diverse subject areas.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong online research skills.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse and global teams.
- Adaptability and agility to thrive in fast-changing environments with evolving guidelines.
