Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Continental Junior Sous Chef to join our pre-opening culinary brigade. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in European and Continental cuisines, with a focus on quality, presentation, and creativity. This role involves assisting in menu development, supervising kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest culinary standards are met across all outlets. Key Responsibilities - Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in developing and executing creative Continental menus. - Supervise kitchen sections, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. - Train and mentor junior culinary team members, maintaining a positive and efficient kitchen environment. - Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times. - Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and support cost control initiatives. - Collaborate with F&B and service teams to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
