The ideal candidate will have a strong background in European and Continental cuisines, with a focus on quality, presentation, and creativity. This role involves assisting in menu development, supervising kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest culinary standards are met across all outlets.Key Responsibilities- Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in developing and executing creative Continental menus.- Supervise kitchen sections, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.- Train and mentor junior culinary team members, maintaining a positive and efficient kitchen environment.- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.- Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and support cost control initiatives.- Collaborate with F&B and service teams to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.What We’re Looking For- 4–6 years of experience in Continental cuisine, preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.- Strong culinary fundamentals and creativity in plating and menu design.- Team-oriented, with excellent communication and leadership skills.- Commitment to quality, precision, and guest delight.✨ Join our talented culinary team at Merlis Coimbatore and craft exceptional dining experiences inspired by Continental elegance.
