Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to build mobile applications for our HRMS, CRM, and Invoice Management System. The developer will be responsible for creating cross-platform mobile apps, integrating REST APIs, ensuring efficient performance, and delivering user-friendly business apps. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Flutter apps for: - HRMS (Attendance, Payroll, Leave, ESS) - CRM (Leads, Pipeline, Tasks) - Invoice & Billing (PDFs, Payments, Statements) - Work closely with backend teams (.NET) to integrate APIs. - Implement secure authentication & role-based access. - Build reusable widgets and modular architecture. - Add dashboards, charts, analytics, and reports. - Implement offline storage, caching, and background sync. - Publish and maintain apps on Play Store & App Store. - Ensure UI/UX consistency across modules. Required Skills • Strong Flutter & Dart development experience • Experience with Provider/BLoC/GetX • REST API integration • Firebase (FCM, Crashlytics) • Local DB (Hive, SQLite, Mysql) • Knowledge of business apps (HRMS, CRM, ERP, Billing) Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience in enterprise apps • Payment gateway integration • PDF tools (invoice generator) • Charts, animations, dashboards
