The developer will be responsible for creatingcross-platform mobile apps, integrating REST APIs, ensuring efficient performance, anddelivering user-friendly business apps.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Flutter apps for:- HRMS (Attendance, Payroll, Leave, ESS)- CRM (Leads, Pipeline, Tasks)- Invoice & Billing (PDFs, Payments, Statements)- Work closely with backend teams (.NET) to integrate APIs.- Implement secure authentication & role-based access.- Build reusable widgets and modular architecture.- Add dashboards, charts, analytics, and reports.- Implement offline storage, caching, and background sync.- Publish and maintain apps on Play Store & App Store.- Ensure UI/UX consistency across modules.Required Skills• Strong Flutter & Dart development experience• Experience with Provider/BLoC/GetX• REST API integration• Firebase (FCM, Crashlytics)• Local DB (Hive, SQLite, Mysql)• Knowledge of business apps (HRMS, CRM, ERP, Billing)Nice-to-Have Skills• Experience in enterprise apps• Payment gateway integration• PDF tools (invoice generator)• Charts, animations, dashboards
