The developer will be responsible for creatingcross-platform mobile apps, integrating REST APIs, ensuring efficient performance, anddelivering user-friendly business apps.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Flutter apps for: HRMS (Attendance, Payroll, Leave, ESS) CRM (Leads, Pipeline, Tasks) Invoice & Billing (PDFs, Payments, Statements) Work closely with backend teams (.NET) to integrate APIs. Implement secure authentication & role-based access. Build reusable widgets and modular architecture. Add dashboards, charts, analytics, and reports. Implement offline storage, caching, and background sync. Publish and maintain apps on Play Store & App Store. Ensure UI/UX consistency across modules.Required Skills• Strong Flutter & Dart development experience• Experience with Provider/BLoC/GetX• REST API integration• Firebase (FCM, Crashlytics)• Local DB (Hive, SQLite, Mysql)• Knowledge of business apps (HRMS, CRM, ERP, Billing)Nice-to-Have Skills• Experience in enterprise apps• Payment gateway integration• PDF tools (invoice generator)• Charts, animations, dashboards
