Position Description Business Division CSM Agchem Department Engineering Projects Location Panoli Pn-01 Position Title Supervisor Projects - Mechanical Level Junior Management Reporting To Junior Staff Position Purpose The Position will work across a variety of Business environments being directly involved in Engineering Execution product development implementing Process updates for International Contract Manufacturing Partners The person will Analyze plan execute and perform Electrical Project activities related to Consolidating Inputs form engineering documents implementation of site Safety standards Coordinating with Contractors Preparing area wise Tracker Project Updates preparing basic details like Load List Feeder allocation details reviewing preparing control wiring schematics cable tray cable scheduling related grass root activities for Electrical execution Strategic Responsibilities Prepare Structure Piping Insulation Etc as per BOQ Prepare scheduling of the phase-wise project erection and commissioning status including completion status Contractor Management Operational Responsibilities To get the structure fabrication done as per drawing and site conditions To Erect the equipment s as per equipment layout drawing To execute the piping work as per P ID and site conditions To verify the estimate for Projects Change request recommended by Mgmt execution within stipulated timeline To ensure initiation of appropriate Purchase requisition as per the BOM in appropriate WBS Tracking of material through MPS and coordinating with purchase team Getting inspected the entire procured item at site before use Ensure no waste of material by contractor during execution Monitoring of Execution of all the planned activity with good manufacturing practices and within scheduled time through Site activity schedule Reconciliation of balance material Verification of contractor measurement timely bill booking PSSR of all equipment s installed as per the PSSR guideline HAZOP verification of project assigned activity as per the HAZOP study Monitoring work permit implementation during project work Maintain work culture for Zero incident at work place Monitoring of Proper housekeeping at project site contractor yard Financial Responsibilities Assisting reporting Manager in preparation of budget Vs actual cost - item equipment wise Implement the cost saving measures in the project execution function People Responsibilities Assisting reporting Manager in preparation of budget Vs actual cost - item equipment wise Implement the cost saving measures in the project execution function Education Qualification Diploma Mechanical Engineering Work Experience 03-05 years Industry to be Hired from Chemical processed based industry like Agrochemicals Pharmaceuticals Fine Specialty Chemicals Functional Competencies Technical Knowledge Project Planning Execution Contract Management Resource Management and Planning Interaction Complexity and Team Work Interaction Frequency Purpose of Interaction Internal- DGM-Engineering Projects Production Purchase Manager - Maintenance Electrical Instrumentation HSE HR Production As and when required Technical Administrative External -
