Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your main responsibility is to generate leads and create opportunities for the sales team by qualifying potential customers and setting up meetings or demos with them. You are the first point of contact between the company and potential customers, so your role is critical in creating a positive first impression and establishing a relationship with them.

- Conducting research: You will need to research the industry, market trends, and competitors to better understand the companys products or services and provide relevant information to potential customers.
- Creating sales collateral: You will be responsible for creating and updating sales collateral such as decks, proposals, email templates, and sales presentations to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Providing feedback: You will need to provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on the funnels effectiveness to improve the lead generation and qualification process continuously.
- Updating CRM: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the companys CRM system.
- Achieving targets: You will be responsible for achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualification, and meetings set up.

Requirements And Skills
