We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Finance to lead our financial operations, drive business performance, and ensure robust financial management. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization and contributing to long-term growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Develop and execute the companys financial strategy aligned with business goals.
- Develop and operationalize Multi geo strategy for the company in alliance with Sales and Marketing.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
- Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (e.g., tax, audit, legal filings).
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Identify and execute Automation for the Finance function.
- Act as an advisor for the Automation Centre of Excellence to ideate and develop automation strategies for customer.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity and commitment to ethical conduct.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Masters or MBA preferred).
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
- Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high growth startup.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for India and International markets (North America and UAE).
