shaping event experiences and ensuring the successful design and delivery of impactful sessions This role emphasizes expert experience relationship-building and program design credibility over traditional sales or event logistics You ll ensure the right experts are onboarded supported and set up to succeed in delivering high-value live events that strengthen Packt s brand and influence within the technology ecosystem What You ll Do Portfolio Ownership Growth Manage and expand Packt s live events portfolio by aligning programming with category strategy audience needs and emerging trends Shape the event vision for each session balancing expert strengths practitioner interests and Packt s strategic priorities Identify new themes formats and opportunities for engagement ensuring sessions remain relevant and market-leading Make commissioning decisions that optimize both expert credibility and long-term audience impact High-Profile Expert Acquisition Identify approach and secure top-tier practitioners thought leaders and innovators as speakers or facilitators Craft compelling propositions that align with an expert s brand and career ambitions while showcasing Packt s
