4. Your Role as a SaaS Product Consultant Intern

As a Product Consultant Intern, youre not just here to assistyou are the bridge between the product and the client.

- Educate clients on what BD software can do.
- Watch community forums, groups, support spaces - spot trends and FAQs
- Produce content (Articles and videos) educating on use of software, smart use cases, smart way of achieving results in software, things we can customize, etc.
- Launch content that teaches + inspires: tips, tutorials, how-tos, comparisons
- Host end to end Webinars, Zoom Rooms, and demos.
- Answer queries during webinars, Zoom calls, or demos.
- Guide entrepreneurs to visualize their platform using BD
- Write docs, walkthroughs, announcement notes for tools/themes
- Providing content ideas for webinars / zoom sessions / blog / all surfaces
- Educate our team internally and make them strong.
- And,
- Support social media growth interns by:
- Giving product insights from your content and knowledge,
- Assisting by your knowledge in answering Customer questions in a helpful manner.

Required Skills:

1. Product & Technical Understanding
2. Communication Skills(Written & Verbal)

4. Interpersonal & Soft Skills
5. Experience in public speaking, debate, or teaching (Preferred)
6. Knowledge on AI Tools (You will need to show how you can use AI in 5 ways that we can say, we didnt know it.)

Education Qualification: B.tech/MBA

Training: 30 days + Internship: 6 Months

Stipend during Internship: 10k Fixed every month + up to 50k performance bonus after 6 months

Job offer for top performers

Post internship salary will be in the range of 3L - 5L
