Qualification-

- Bachelor's/master's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Estimation, Quantity Surveying, costing, and tendering of global infrastructure projects in the AEC industry.
- Strong knowledge of BIM-based estimation, quantity take-offs, and cost management.
- Experience in working with international construction standards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and identify challenges and high risk direct or indirect impact in the construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Cubi cost -TAS,TBQ (as per project needs).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Estimation and cost analysis team, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely project cost estimates.
- Develop, manage, and update 5D BIM models using Cubi cost software.
- Extract quantities, BOQs, and material take-offs directly from BIM models.
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local and international standards in cost estimation and construction methodologies.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and ensure accuracy of model-based take-offs.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, material specifications, and cost databases.
