The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT and software industry, digital marketing strategies, and the ability to align marketing campaigns with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote IT products and services. - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. - Manage branding, positioning, and communication strategies to strengthen the company's market presence. - Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. - Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Create marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, website content, and presentations. - Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and report on campaign performance. - Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and webinars. - Drive lead generation and nurture campaigns to support sales pipeline growth. - Work closely with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or software services industry. - Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management. - Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms. - Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines. - Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability. Preferred Skills: - Experience in B2B technology marketing or SaaS products. - Understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools. - Exposure to international markets and global campaigns.
