Job Description We are hiring for leading NBFC client based in Mysore. Duties & Responsibilities - Meet branch targets in sales & purchase of Forex, travel cards, and outward remittances (both AD II & referral). - Acquire new clients as per defined targets. - Activate and manage franchisee branches (Muthoot Finance franchisee branches or as applicable). - Draw back business from dormant clients, consistent with target metrics. - Handle queries and complaints from both external and internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution. - Ensure all regulatory and compliance norms are followed precisely by the branch. - Ensure documentation, reporting, and other compliancerelated tasks are completed within specified timelines as per regulator or external stakeholder directions. Required Qualifications & Experience - Strong experience (typically minimum - 4 years) in Forex operations or banking with emphasis on sales/business development. - Deep understanding of Forex products: retail Forex purchase/sale, travel cards, outward remittances (especially AD II), etc. - Proven ability to meet sales targets. - Good customer relationship skills.
