We Are Hiring: Assistant Manager for a Reputed NBFCLocation: Kadri (Mangalore), Kalidsa Road (Mysore), Koramangala (Bangalore)About the Role:Join a reputed NBFC as an Assistant Manager and play a key role in branch operations, sales, and client servicing. You will support the Branch Manager in achieving business targets, driving client acquisition, and ensuring smooth branch functioning.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in managing daily branch operations and support achievement of sales and business targets- Actively participate in acquiring new clients and cross-selling financial and forex products- Coordinate with teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies- Help in onboarding customers and resolving queries to ensure excellent customer service- Maintain records, support reporting, and assist in branch financial management- Support team leadership and training initiatives to boost branch productivityQualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's degree, preferably with exposure to financial services- 3+ years of experience in sales or operations in Forex, banking, NBFC, or related sectors- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities- Willingness to travel and take on responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
