Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing daily branch operations and support achievement of sales and business targets - Actively participate in acquiring new clients and cross-selling financial and forex products - Coordinate with teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies - Help in onboarding customers and resolving queries to ensure excellent customer service - Maintain records, support reporting, and assist in branch financial management - Support team leadership and training initiatives to boost branch productivity Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree, preferably with exposure to financial services - 3+ years of experience in sales or operations in Forex, banking, NBFC, or related sectors - Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities - Willingness to travel and take on responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
