Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily branch operations and support achievement of sales and business targets Actively participate in acquiring new clients and cross-selling financial and forex products Coordinate with teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies Help in onboarding customers and resolving queries to ensure excellent customer service Maintain records, support reporting, and assist in branch financial management Support team leadership and training initiatives to boost branch productivity Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree, preferably with exposure to financial services 3+ years of experience in sales or operations in Forex, banking, NBFC, or related sectors Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities Willingness to travel and take on responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
