Job Description Position Overview Job Title: Process & Service Excellence - Automation specialist, AVP Location: Mumbai, India Role Description Process and Service Excellence team (PSXT) is a newly set up function under PB COO, responsible to drive Operational and Process efficiencies across business & operations through automation, collaboration & partnership with the key stakeholders. Team's core capabilities include ideation, conversion into key initiatives, data & analytics, Management Information on Process KPIs in alignment to design and execution of target operating model including new & efficient ways of working.
